There are many physiological traits that goes into cycling performance.
One of these traits in particular is considerably overlooked.
This trait represents a property that separates the boyr from the men. And the girls from the women.
Interestingly, the past 2 years have seen a plethora of research on this ability in cyclists.
It seems that this property alone can predict race performance better than traditional parameters like FTP and VO2 max.
